https://fstoppers.com/news/woman-banned-cruise-line-life-after-climbing-over-side-ship-selfie-418267 Be safe when taking your pictures.  Most importantly, don't be stupid.  Be aware of your surroundings  and if you are going to do something stupid, don't get caught.  People doing things that can get them in trouble while taking a photo just make it harder of the rest of us trying to get great pictures.  This is a little bit of an extreme case, but it is photography none-the-less.

https://petapixel.com/2019/10/16/photo-of-fox-scaring-marmot-wins-wildlife-photographer-of-the-year-2019/ Interesting winner for the photo of the year compared to some of the others that were submitted.  The composition and "luckiness" of the shot is, in my opinion, the reason that it won.  The 10-year-olds winner is a more impressive shot in the way the humming bird is in focus with the flower coupled with the correct shutter speed.  The marmot and the coyote is a great example of pull the trigger and you never know what the result will be.  In this case, a photo of the year.
