Excellent article that shows that young photographers can compete with veteran photographers that have tens of years of experience. Being young, traveling can be hard and Ariel combats this by shooting around his house and surrounding areas.

Several of the images look blurred in the background with the car in focus giving the imitation of speed. Without this the car would just look like it was still on the track and the image wouldn’t make sense. The composition of the photos complements the car and points out details. Overall, shutter speeds can work to your advantage to capture the moment and make sense in the setting.

It’s pretty impressive how far small camera sensors have come and how capable phones can be for capturing things. Honestly, without looking close at the photos and after a little editing the photos turn out pretty similar. The obvious differences come in the form of 12 mp vs 36 mp sensors and the ability to have big glass at the end of the camera. I recently got the new iPhone pro 11 max and love the abilities of the wide angle camera built in. It has allowed me to leave the d4 at home and have multiple “lenses” in my phone.
